Felix Y Manalo Foundation

The humanitarian arm of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ)

Felix Y Manalo Foundation is the humanitarian arm of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). It was established to organize and carry out acts of service for individuals and communities facing hardship. The Foundation works with a clear purpose of helping others through faith-guided action, humility, and cooperation. Its humanitarian efforts focus on meeting real needs while respecting the dignity of every person served.

Mission and Values in Service

The mission of the Felix Y Manalo Foundation is to improve the lives of people affected by poverty, disasters, health concerns, and social challenges. It promotes education, public health, environmental responsibility, and socio-economic well-being. Values of unity, duty, and obedience to God guide the Foundation. These values influence how programs are planned and delivered, ensuring that service is sincere and consistent. The Foundation aims to provide immediate assistance while also supporting long-term stability within communities.

International Outreach and Presence

Felix Y Manalo Foundation carries out humanitarian activities in different parts of the world, including Canada, the United States, the Philippines, Africa, and other regions. Its outreach adapts to local needs and conditions, allowing volunteers to work closely with community members. In Canada, the Foundation supports low-income families, new migrants, Indigenous communities, and children experiencing social barriers. Activities often include food distribution, clothing support, and community services delivered in both urban and remote locations.

In the United States, the Foundation organizes outreach efforts across several states. These activities provide households facing financial hardship with food, hygiene items, school supplies, and basic services. Support is extended to seniors, minority communities, Native American groups, and families affected by economic difficulties. In Asia and Africa, particularly in the Philippines, the Foundation focuses on disaster relief, livelihood assistance, education support, and public health services.

Care for Humanity Initiative

Care for Humanity is the core humanitarian program of Felix Y Manalo Foundation. This initiative brings together volunteers to provide food assistance, medical missions, educational support, and livelihood resources to communities affected by poverty and crisis. Food distribution plays a vital role in this program, helping families meet basic needs during difficult times. The initiative also encourages community cooperation, strengthening relationships while delivering practical assistance.

Health and Educational Support

Healthcare is an important area of focus for the Foundation. Medical missions, blood donation drives, and health awareness activities help reach individuals who may have limited access to healthcare services. These efforts are often carried out in partnership with local organizations to ensure proper coordination and reach.

Education is recognized as a key factor in long-term development. Felix Y Manalo Foundation supports students through educational assistance, learning resources, mentorship, and youth-focused activities. These programs aim to help young people gain knowledge, confidence, and a sense of responsibility, enabling them to contribute positively to their communities.

Environmental and Community Care

The Foundation also engages in environmental care activities that promote responsibility and awareness. Cleanup drives, tree planting efforts, and community education encourage sustainable practices. These activities help communities understand the importance of caring for their surroundings for overall well-being and resilience.

Volunteers and Accountability

Volunteers are central to the work of the Felix Y Manalo Foundation. Many are members of Iglesia Ni Cristo who freely offer their time, skills, and resources. Volunteers participate in planning and carrying out projects, often involving families and younger members, to pass on values of service and responsibility.
